The enforced disappearance of the citizen ‘Mohamed Sa’ad Mohamed’, 54 years old, is still ongoing, as he’s been arbitrarily arrested on 11th July 2019, from a street in Mansoura.
His family are concerned about his safety because he sufferes from cartilage in the neck and back, and kidney stones.
JHR condemns both arbitrary detention and enforced disappearance of the citizen, calls for revealing his whereabouts and releasing him immediately, and also affirms that the Egyptian authorities are fully responsible for his safety.
