For the fourth week in a row, the citizen ‘Hassan Hassan Ismail El-Qased’, 60 years, a Director General at Social Insurance, is still forcibly disappeared after he was arrested on 9th June 2019 from his home in Damanhour city of Beheira, and then he has been taken to an unknown place.
Justice for Human Rights foundation-JHR condemns both arbitrary detention and enforced disappearance against the citizen, and also calls for revealing his whereabouts and releasing him immediately.
