Justice for Human Rights foundation-JHR monitored the death of detainee ‘Shawqy Mohamed Mosa’, 46 years old, attorney and a member of the Defense for the Detainees in Damanhour, due to medical negligence and poor medical care.

JHR condemns the murder by medical negligence against the attorney ‘Shawqy Mohamed’, calls for an immediate investigation by the the Attorney General to disclose the circumstances of that crime and holding accountable those responsible for it, and also affirms that the Egyptian authorities are fully responsible for the safety of all detainees inside the prisons and places of detention affiliated to it.
