For 5 days in a row, Mr. ‘Abd El-Hameed Gaber’, attorney from Monshat Abu Amr district, Sharqya, is still forcibly disappeared after being arbitrarily arrested on 17th April, 2019, while he was attending a hearing regarding the extension of the detention of his daughter ‘Nadya’, at the supreme state security prosecution. Then, he has been taken to an unknown place.
Justice for Human Rights foundation-JHR condemns the arbitrary detention and enforced disappearance of the attorney, and also calls on revealing his whereabouts and releasing him immediately.
